Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure health and safety for all our customers, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Christmas Light Accessories (opened packages)
  • Christmas Storage solutions (if used)
  • Christmas Ornaments (if removed from original packaging)
  • Any item that shows signs of use, assembly, or damage not present at time of shipment

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and instructions.
  3. Pack Your Items: Securely package the items in their original packaging, including all parts and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our returns address (provided in your authorization email). We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important: Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed. Please include your Return Authorization Number on the outside of the shipping box.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s):

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days)

Exchange Processing

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once the original item is received and inspected
  • You will be responsible for any price difference between the exchanged items
  • Shipping charges for the replacement item will be covered by us
